We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Kinsta in the Americas region.

This role will involve managing existing client accounts, generating additional revenue by working with customers on upselling, cross-selling, and retention.

As an Account Manager, you will work with a dedicated group of clients to help achieve their goals and represent Kinsta in non-technical support customer interactions.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing a book of business, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, and maintaining client satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for identifying at-risk clients, improving retention rates, and spearheading a process-driven sales approach to seek additional revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of previous SaaS Sales or Account Management experience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
  • Experience up-selling, cross-selling, and renegotiating contracts
  • Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior knowledge of the hosting industry
  • Prior experience in PaaS Sales
