  • Multilingual Communication:
  • Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Translate and draft accounting and financial documents in both languages, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with international and local accounting regulations, minimizing financial risks and avoiding penalties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement proper accounting procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role with a focus on international transactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • In-depth knowledge of international accounting practices, including currency handling and exchange rate differences.
  • Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Zoho Books (Wave) and/or QuickBooks is a plus.
