Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Specialist plays a critical role in assisting the Pinkerton team with financial-related functions, including transaction processing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger management, and billing. This individual will work closely with field offices to ensure overall satisfaction and provide support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Participate in the development and implementation of the global ERP system for assigned regions, working closely with the Global Director and project technical team.
  3. Assist with transaction processing, document retention, and administration of fixed assets, accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reporting.
  4. Provide treasury support, including daily management of cash pool and funding, foreign currency transactions, and bank account administration.
  5. Assist with month-end closing and HQ reporting process, annual statutory audit, and taxation matters.
  6. Perform accounts analysis and prepare inter-company and bank reconciliations.
  7. Conduct business unit analysis and revenue and cost reporting.
  8. Assist with administrative tasks, including employee correspondence and working with tax consultants.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with two to four years of accounting experience is required. Microsoft Dynamics 365, FRX, and/or Hyperion experience is preferred. Written and verbal bilingual skills in English and Spanish are also desired.
