Job Summary
Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Specialist to join our Materials Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing projects, performing complex analysis, and supporting budgeting and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making across the finance department.
- Ensure budget and forecasting accuracy for purchasing economics.
- Account for purchasing performance and provide monthly results.
- Close review and analysis of negotiations driven by functional pillars (Cost Reduction activities, Raw Material Guidelines, FX, etc.) to guarantee consistency with budget.
- Ensure accounting integrity and track new models and projects according to budget.
- Reconcile purchasing results between finance and purchasing functions.
- Elaborate GCS reports (Account reports) and budget and forecast documents.
- Track BOP intercompany prices and explanations (VT price).
- Implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Accounting, finance, or related degree.
- Previous work experience in the auto industry or related fields (FMCGs).
- Solid accounting skills.
- Tableau reporting knowledge (nice to have).
- Language: English (TOEIC points not specified).
- Computer skills: SAP, MS Office.
- Desirable: Oracle (Hyperion).
