  • Ensure proper collection actions by addressing the issue, including initiating legal actions and liaising with lawyers.
  • Coach less experienced collectors and handle issues on systems and processes.
  • Participate in UAT as necessary and provide feedback on project-related activities.
  • Monitor errors to ensure adherence to audit and control processes.
  • Recommend appropriate actions to resolve identified problems and work with business teams to develop system process improvements and solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in collections.
  • Responsible, analytical, proactive, adaptable, organized, teamwork, work under pressure, results-oriented.
  • Innovation and generation of proposals.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritization in the market.

Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Additional Requirements:

  • Tolerant of frustration.
  • Analytical.
  • Results-driven.
  • Accustomed to working under pressure.
  • Experience in mortgage and small business collections.
