Training Instructional Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Instructional Designer to join our team at Sensata Technologies, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training programs, creating engaging learning experiences, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs, including online learning modules, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials
• Conduct instructional research and analysis to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and training development
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
