Job Details

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us drive innovation in email engineering. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying collaborator needs and performing discovery and design on solutions to meet those needs
  • Working collaboratively with other developers/admins on the same code base
  • Working with internal technology partners on new and existing integrations
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers
  • Participating in product and feature design with product teams and business partners
  • Planning, designing, and enhancing automation frameworks and tools
  • Participating in and contributing to code reviews
  • Using the latest Salesforce technology and methods

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • Extensive understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns such as MVC
  • Experience with SOAP & REST APIs
  • Experience with data modeling design
  • Experience working with relational databases (SOQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, continuous deployment, release management

Preferred Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience with Salesforce Platform technologies
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer experience (APIs, AMPScript, SSJS, Automations, Journey Builder, etc)
  • Trailhead Ranger status
  • Experience writing unit tests
  • Experience working with automated CI/CD
