**Job Overview:**

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Tool Crib Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our tool crib.

**Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the ordering and expediting of indirect materials to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels by updating minimums and maximums based on user requirements and supplier delivery times.
  • Analyze and participate in reducing inventory costs on a weekly basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with warehouse suppliers.
  • Facilitate communication between purchasing and accounts payable teams.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness in the office environment.
  • Participate in physical inventories of the tool crib warehouse.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Physical Inventory, Cycle Counts, Purchasing Indirect Material, and Warehouse Administration.
  • Bilingualism with basic English proficiency preferred.
  • Capability Analysis skills.
  • Advanced computer skills.

**Salary:** We offer an attractive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
