**About the Job**Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and Group Security policy regarding security in work at heights and drop objects within a specific perimeter.
• Conduct regular security inspections of the facility to identify potential risks and non-conformities.
• Implement the facility security plan, supporting the development, revision, and maintenance of Security policies and procedures.
• Report any deficiencies and non-conformities identified during internal audits, periodic reviews, security inspections, and compliance verifications to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Report any incidents that threaten security of the facility to the Company Security Officer and relevant authorities.
• Enhance security awareness and vigilance of all relevant personnel through monitoring performance, confirming identity, and communicating relevant messages.
• Ensure that adequate training has been provided to all personnel responsible for security.
• Ensure that security equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and maintained.
• Supervise/coordinate actions within the HSES team.
• Ensure homogeneity/coherence within the package of the managed perimeter.
• Ensure the transfer of experience/knowledge.

**About You**We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• Qualifications: Certificate or equivalent/technical background in the field.
• Certificate of Competency (Deck Officer), (preferable).
• Languages: Fluent English.
• Experiences in: work at heights and drop objects.
