Your Key Contributions
  • Drive quality transformation by establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System.
  • Leverage your knowledge of industry best practices to introduce process improvements and deploy quality tools like DFMEA and PFMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality and reliability standards throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop quality reports to inform business decisions.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate discipline; Advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of quality assurance management experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in Supplier management, problem-solving methodologies, and lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with ISO quality systems and ERP Oracle.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certificates like ASQ Certification, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Lean Enterprise Institute Certificate are highly desirable.
