The Role

We are seeking a talented Luxury Reservations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a professional and courteous manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via various channels.
  • Determine appropriate room types based on guest needs and verify availability.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Provide information about property facilities and room accommodations.
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Input and access data in the reservation system.
  • Indicate special room reservations by inputting correct codes and rates.
  • Escalate guest concerns according to proper procedures.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Have basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
