We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of IT Help Desk Support with Tata Consultancy Services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to join our team as an IT Help Desk Support specialist. As part of our global organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across various industries.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions that meet the highest standards of quality. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Support or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Experience with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, and diagnostic utilities
