Technical Leader

Job Summary

As a Technical Manager at Michael Page, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of technical functions. This includes overseeing the coordination and compliance of contractual obligations, acting as a communication interface between the company and regulatory entities, and managing internal and external reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the coordination and compliance of contractual obligations with clients and the O&M company.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and relevant regulatory entities.
• Manage internal and external reporting to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and regulatory bodies.
• Provide cultural and linguistic support for the foreign CTO to ensure smooth communication and integration.
• Supervise the CTO team to ensure tasks are aligned with technical and business priorities.
• Lead preparations for internal and external audits, inspections, and third-party verifications.
• Contribute to the development and preparation of the annual business plan, budget, and quarterly Board of Directors reports.
• Support new business initiatives by providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Experience in managing technical operations, compliance, and regulatory processes within a highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of plant management and operational leadership, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing permits and compliance with industry regulations, particularly NOMs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong project management skills.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and making strategic decisions.
• Solid understanding of engineering processes and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to guide technical and commercial matters effectively.
• Experience developing business plans, managing budgets, and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.
