About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at DearDoc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue growth targets through effective customer engagement and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer pain points, providing expert solutions and support to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or revenue-driven customer success or account management role.
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
