Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The Sr. Enterprise Account Director will develop and implement a comprehensive account plan and strategy that maximizes revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products. This involves understanding customers' needs and strategic objectives to uncover how Genesys can best serve them in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in software sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and/or exceeding revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses goals.
  • Managing forecasts, pipelines, and predictability for revenue achievement.
  • Managing the entire sales life-cycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.
  • Acting as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.
  • Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issues.
  • Communicating with key customers, business partners, and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.

Responsibilities also include selling and promoting Genesys products to customers, negotiating prices and terms, and participating in strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be able to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations and have strong relationship-building skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +6 years of sales experience within the technology industry.
  • Leadership skills to lead a sales engagement.
  • Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education.
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.
