Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and concerns, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the product development process.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track and analyze quality performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
