Industrials Channel Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Channel Business Development Specialist to join our Industrial Measurements team in Latin America and the Caribbean region. This is an exciting opportunity to grow the brand footprint through our distribution network and develop strong relationships with partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in overseeing channel partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing market access strategies, coaching and challenging partners to operate systematically, and contributing to the execution of business plans and strategies to grow overall sales.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent presentation skills, be able to craft and implement channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quotas, and maintain partner and prospective partner relationships through CRM software. Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners is also essential.
As a Channel Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with our distributor network at all levels of their organizations, providing training and support to enhance capabilities and engage partners in the region. You will also contribute to partners' assessments and reviews, ensuring they have a high level of distributor capability to serve Vaisala customers in the assigned territory.
