Creative Food and Beverage Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Food and Beverage Director at Ennismore. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and memorable entertainment experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee the entertainment experience in all public spaces, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
- Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas to enhance the entertainment experience, working closely with the Food and Beverage team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to promote the hotel's entertainment offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including DJs, agents, and entertainment talent, to secure bookings and activations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of entertainment programming, including music, ambiance, and lighting, to create a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of audio-visual systems and equipment.
- Manage the external AV team and installation team to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the music, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
- Provide quarterly reporting on entertainment operations and develop a roadmap to budget profit and loss for all activations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in entertainment management, preferably in the hospitality or nightlife industry.
- Strong knowledge of event activation, promotion, music, and ambiance creation.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with marketing and promotional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure bookings and activations with external partners.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to enhance the entertainment experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
