We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team at Shure. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, verification, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install and validate test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare, manufacture, and improve test equipment to meet specific requirements.
- Calibrate and verify test equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Analyze and diagnose issues with test equipment to identify root causes.
- Repair and maintain test equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuity.
- Design and develop simple test equipment to meet specific needs.
- Provide external equipment calibration services to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on test equipment to prevent failures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for test equipment, including IDPs and maintenance instructions.
- Update and maintain test equipment databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Minimum one year experience in maintenance and operation of electronic equipment.
- Knowledge of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, frequency counters, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and product specifications.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical installations, fault tracing, and metrology.
- Knowledge of welding electronic components and metrology principles.
