Flow Controller

As a Flow Controller at Schneider Electric Gruppe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the distribution requirement planning process, defining and updating stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while optimizing inventory levels.

• Run the Distribution Requirement Planning process on its perimeter, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives, balancing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
• Manage the purchase order portfolio, analyzing stock discrepancies and performing adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to advise and expedite deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
• Record purchase orders, advance shipping notifications, and manage invoice discrepancies in our ERP system.
• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that upstream and downstream backorder lines, pre-shortage, shortage, stock coverage, and stock health are within acceptable limits.
• Define default transportation modes using the Air/Sea Tool and navigate the workflow in case of transportation mode changes.

• Mathematical optimization and management system skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with SAP, particularly in purchasing and production planning.
