• Greet and seat guests with a genuine smile, providing a seamless transition to the dining experience.

• Manage reservations effectively, coordinating with the service staff to optimize the dining flow and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

• Provide detailed information about menu offerings, assisting guests in making informed selections and enhancing their culinary experience.

• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining area, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the luxury and hospitality standards of Belmond.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for interacting with guests and delivering exceptional service.

• Previous experience in a hostess or front-of-house role, preferably in a luxury dining or hospitality environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

• A warm, professional demeanor paired with a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
