About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Trust People. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to take on a key role in shaping the company's recruitment strategy.
Job Summary
The Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This includes managing the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that meet the company's hiring needs
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers
- Built and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and department leaders
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Manage the recruitment budget to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Analyze recruitment metrics to inform future strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a recruitment or talent management role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
