- Analyze comparative data and prepare regional reports to inform risk management decisions.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain monthly risk reports to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Interact and work with other areas within Citi to facilitate risk monitoring and mitigation.
- Work with business leaders to identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide information regarding risk management during internal and external reviews.
- Promote active escalation of emerging risks and issues identified within the business.
- Assist business groups in completing a comprehensive annual risk assessment and perform ongoing monitoring procedures.
- Assist in raising issues and strengthening issue notification and escalation.
- Assist in delivering 'Deep Dive' reviews for risk identification, analysis, and management.
- Partner with business leaders to root cause analysis of risk events and control breaks.
- Coordinate and perform control testing as part of the risk management framework.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
- Professional qualification in risk management or a related field is preferred.
- Good understanding of retail and consumer banking processes and controls concepts.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish language proficiency.
