Cable Development and Manufacturing Lead

The MGR II MFG & PROCESS DVL HIGH SPEED CABLE ASSEMBLIES will be part of a dynamic team in Hermosillo, MX. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading engineering teams and driving process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a team of engineers responsible for developing cable assembly processes and production lines.
- Drive excellence in existing high-speed cable assembly lines, striving to reduce line startup and eliminate defects.
- Support Product Development in the optimization of designs (DFM) and piece parts for high-volume manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective interface between product development and cable assembly engineering.
- Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors.
- At least 5 years related experience at managerial level in a multinational manufacturing site.
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, etc. industrial methods/tools.
- With 2 years or above work experience in high-speed cable assembly production is required.
- Fluent in English and good presentation skills.
