**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a Matamoros, Tamaulipas location. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing policies related to all phases of maintenance activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Implement 5S principles in equipment, areas, and tools to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Identify and implement energy efficiency projects to reduce machine and equipment downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve maintenance-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and update the SAP system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance engineers to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in shift start-up, production, or maintenance meetings as required.
• Propose and implement improvements in work methods and procedures.
• Comply with all directions and instructions from area supervisors.
**Requirements:**
• Technical or professional degree and/or experience
• 3 years of experience in industrial mechanics
