Resideo, a pioneering force in the industry, is seeking an exceptional Transformational Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our dynamic team in Ciudad Juarez.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle management in a corporate environment. If you have 3+ years of experience meeting or exceeding goals in a KPI/SLA-managed talent acquisition environment, we want to hear from you

About the Role:

We are on a mission to pioneer a transformational approach to talent acquisition. As a Transformational Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be integral in building relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to educate and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies. You will gain an understanding of business and talent needs, drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) efforts, and lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies based on the workforce plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver talent acquisition market and competitive insights to the business aiding in critical hiring decisions and requisition management
  • Demonstrate creativity in developing sourcing strategies and driving change
  • Partner with and influence multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Support and co-mentor members of the recruiting team through knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Leverage and support the partnership of our Talent Acquisition COEs in the areas of DEI&B, Early Talent, and Recruitment Marketing

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle management in a corporate environment
  • Experience meeting or exceeding goals in a KPI/SLA-managed talent acquisition environment
