- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement communication and media strategies for promotions and commercial deals.
- Analyze P&L, data, and results to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Assist merchants and cross-functional teams in building skills to offer better payments experiences and propose solutions aligned with business objectives.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial strategies, payments, product management, and/or product development.
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or industrial verticals with bank products, payments, monthly installments, e-commerce, and promotions solutions.
- Fluent in English with strong business conversation and email response skills.
- Good social skills with ability to build relationships, communicate with others, and speak in public.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's/University degree in administration, marketing, international business, finance, or communication.
