About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Specialist to join our team at Fastenal Mexico. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with key accounts, receiving, inspecting, staging, scanning, packing, quoting, and purchasing product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a customer service orientation.
