Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the optimal operation of equipment and systems, improving production, quality, and cost through the development of maintenance strategies.
  • Comply with safety regulations by implementing prevention measures and training staff in technical skills.
  • Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Constantly evaluate and improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with other departments and suppliers to ensure efficiency in response times.
  • Control daily expenses of spare parts, ensuring compliance with cost per piece and budget.
  • Manage staff overtime without exceeding goals and plans.
  • Manage necessary training for personnel development.
  • Follow up on findings of 5's audits and hazardous waste generation escalations.
  • Ensure positive trends in maintenance indicators, including Availability, Costs, FMSR, and TMPR.
Requirements
  • Education: Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related careers.
  • 5 years of experience in Technical Personnel Management and maintenance care and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of 4-5 Axis CNC, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of strategy systems, TPM, and RCM 2.
  • Soft Skills: Structured and Organizational, Innovation and Creativity, Collaboration, Results-Oriented Approach, Working Under Pressure, and Time Flexibility.
