Job Description

Ford Credit IT is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to drive the development of mobile apps using iOS Native with Swift, Swift UI, and Android Native. The ideal candidate will have excellent hands-on experience in product development and a strong background in Agile methodologies.

  • Coordinates and facilitates team workflow, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creates conditions for high-performance teams to excel, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Facilitates conversations to achieve user story completion, ensuring acceptance criteria is actionable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Uses the product roadmap to guide team efforts, delivering the highest value outcome and driving business growth.
  • Facilitates team reviews of proposed product or service technical design, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.
  • Responsible for facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Bias for action to remove blockers and impediments, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Has experience with JIRA, setting up filters, dashboards, reports, and other tools to support team productivity.
  • Looks for opportunities to improve team processes and norms, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • An effective communicator with experience working with globally distributed teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Supports and motivates team members during difficulties, helping to maintain high morale and engagement.
  • Adaptable and open to change, able to adjust to evolving needs of the team/project.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working on digital transformation, preferably on mobile apps.
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Agile, and other Agile methodologies.
  • Able to guide and drive the team based on cross-functional alignments, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Able to make data-driven decisions to align the product roadmap, driving business growth and success.
  • Participates and collaborates with the engineering team ceremonies to drive execution of various programs as part of the Mobile platform.
  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects end-to-end.
  • Drives conversations with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders in solving all dependencies.
  • Strong ITSM skills on problem and release management.
  • Able to author all key processes with an emphasis on documentation.
