About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Intugo. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to consumers regarding their outstanding balances, negotiating payment plans and settlements, and updating information in our collections system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150+ outbound calls to consumers daily to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans
  • Update information in the collections system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Negotiate payment plans and authorized settlements with consumers
  • Perform manual skip tracing to locate and contact consumers
  • Process payment information and update records accordingly

Requirements:

  • Previous debt collections experience
  • Excellent listening and English speaking skills
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Familiarity with collection laws, FDCPA, and Regulation F
  • Experience negotiating settlements and payment plans on past due accounts

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $19,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
