Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to resolve issues and provide updates
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the hotel
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance software
