Your primary focus will be on working with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration with our clients. You will be the bridge between our product and clients, providing technical assistance and support to enable their success.
Our product is a cutting-edge, generative AI technology for lawyers that allows them to perform time-consuming tasks at high-quality and orders of magnitude faster. This means clients can get better work from attorneys at lower costs, increasing access to justice for everyone.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.
- Provide white-glove support to our Enterprise advanced search product clients to enable file integration through custom-coded workflows.
- Work closely with Account Executives and Technical Account Managers to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Serve as the customer advocate to other Casetext teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Develop deep relationships with the client's users from onboarding and implementation through use.
- Develop expertise regarding internal APIs, tools, and administration.
- Describe structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the technology to project stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain internal relationships with adjoining teams to ensure seamless external experience.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Backend Engineer who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have:
- 1-2 years of experience writing software, preferably in Python.
- Proficiency in consuming REST APIs and experience working with document and spreadsheet file types (PDF,.docx,.csv, and.xlsx).
- Empathetic and team-focused with a passion for customer delight.
- Enjoy solving problems and collaborating with others.
- Comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders and experienced product leaders.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and educate prospective buyers.
- Strong communication skills, particularly for meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to operate and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
