We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our CDMX office team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will interact with, train, and resolve issues for our customers in various locations in Mexico. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers can seamlessly benefit from our AI-based logistics operations services.

Key Responsibilities
