About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Kohler Co.'s plumbing products to end consumers in designated retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Kohler Co.'s plumbing products on-site to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Train in-store sales associates on product features and benefits.
  • Supervise product displays and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Provide reports on competitor activities, sales floor performance, and display status.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in direct sales to end customers.
  • Moderate skills in written and oral communication with all levels of management and outside contacts.
  • Mid-office software skills and ability to build Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Tablet acumen.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company matching, and more.
