Lead Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technologist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure achievement of agreed performance standards.
• Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to team members, and check progress of transactions and workflows.
• Propose procedures improvements and implement technical infrastructure.
• Manage transactions with involved internal and external parties.
• Respond to operations-related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact.
• Report accurately and timely to accountable management.
• Lead employees in the team assigned.

Requirements

• Experience as a preventive and corrective maintenance technician in G114 turbines and Siemens Gamesa Technology models.
• Academic profile: Electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics engineer.
• Language: English is desirable (not essential).
• Knowledge in industrial safety in work at height and in wind turbines.
• Knowledge in strategic planning management, resource allocation, and personnel coordination.
