Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into behaviors that are inconsistent with our company's core values and policies.
- Document investigation cases and submit them to the local Disciplinary Committee.
- Perform forensic investigations related to fraud and other compliance matters.
- Support the business in operating in compliance with all applicable internal policies and guidelines, as well as laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and conduct regular compliance reviews.
- Work closely with various departments within the Pay business, including legal, finance, and technical teams, to ensure compliance is integrated into all areas of the business.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments that may impact the company and provide guidance to ensure compliance.
- Investigate any potential compliance violations and work to improve and enhance the company's overall compliance program.
- 1-3 years of Compliance experience, with a strong background in forensic investigations, policies, and procedures.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, International Business, or related discipline.
- Background in Anti-Money laundering and regulatory framework is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Ability to create synergy with other areas and work autonomously.
- Sound business and integrity promoter.
