We are seeking an experienced and dedicated social media content coordinator to assist with our online campaigns.

Job Overview

As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing, curating, and managing content for our social media channels.

You will work closely with our marketing team and media buyers to ensure our social media content aligns with our brand voice, supports our paid media strategies, and engages our target audience effectively.

Your role will include coordinating with media buyers to optimize content for ad campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between organic and paid social efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  3. Monitor and engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation.
  5. Use social media analytics tools to track performance, providing insights and recommendations for content optimization.
  6. Assist in the development of visual content, including graphics, videos, and photos, in collaboration with our design team.
  7. Support the execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement and follower growth.
  8. Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  5. Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging and original content ideas.
  6. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  7. Passionate about social media and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
