We are looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our Helpware team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Position Overview:Our Client is a B2B ratings and reviews platform. The company is looking for motivated, detailed-oriented individuals with exceptional communication skills. An Agent's core responsibility will be collecting reviews for our Client through recorded phone interviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow instructions clearly and effectively
- Verify the identity of the person they will be speaking with
- Conduct basic online research
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Provide friendly and professional phone and email interactions
- Operate comfortably within a CMS and CRM
- Advanced English Skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with business vocabulary
- Knowledge of online platforms
