At At-Risk International, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Threat Response Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a real difference in the safety and security of our global personnel.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough and confidential investigations into workplace-related incidents, providing expert recommendations to stakeholders as needed.
  • Build strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Security, Human Resources, and Employee Relations, to develop initiatives focused on incident prevention and response.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local and national law enforcement agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Utilize advanced interviewing techniques and skills to gather critical information from victims, witnesses, and individuals of interest.
  • Provide vital support and resources to affected employees, prioritizing their well-being and safety throughout the investigation process.
  • Conduct rigorous threat assessments, identifying potential risks and developing effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills, delivering clear and concise reports, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple high-profile investigations simultaneously, navigating complex deadlines and client-imposed priorities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentoring opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  • Collect, document, and preserve crucial evidence related to each investigation, maintaining accurate records throughout the workflow and case adjudication process.
  • Analyze CCTV footage, access control systems, and other data sources to identify critical insights and potential leads.
  • Employ a structured investigative workflow and case management system to track progress, analyze trends, and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (desired)
  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Incident Management, Social Services, Human Resources, or related field
  • Familiarity with professional threat assessment organizations, such as ATAP (preferred)
  • Proven expertise in conducting in-depth corporate investigations, product investigations, and vendor investigations
  • General knowledge of regional legislation regarding investigation approaches and potential legal liabilities
  • Ability to adapt to new methods and approaches while solving complex problems
  • Experience working collaboratively within a diverse team environment, leveraging diversity to drive results and solve challenges
  • Familiarity with the P.E.A.C.E. interview method or similar approach
