About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data-Driven Business Leader to join our team at Beiersdorf México Sa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our CMI team, driving business growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Synthesis and Analytics: Synthesize and connect multiple sources of data into coherent and actionable output, with analytics, data visualization, and dashboard reporting.
  • Business Intelligence: Create accessible tools to improve decision-making for multifunctional teams, from pulling data and insights to standardizing and simplifying information and creating different visualizations like dashboards to make recommendations.
  • Data Expertise: Serve as a data expert and effectively translate insights into strategy, promoting data-informed decision-making in the marketing team.
  • Data Governance: Maintain and own existing data pipelines/dashboards, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
  • Partnerships and Budget Management: Manage budget, partnerships, and relationships with data suppliers and market research vendors.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with regional insights functions on key regional/global initiatives and market research planning, contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data and analytics strategy to maximize impact on revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced English and a Master's degree in BI or Data Analytics are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Market Analyst, Researcher, Data Analyst, or a similar role, with evidence of fact-based and results-focused work, using sales data bases, RMS tools, and analytics trends like predictive models and AI/ML.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with all management levels.
