We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Nhu Chr-Olesen México. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for:
- Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in accounting records.
- Accurately and timely recording and classifying all accounting/financial transactions in our financial system.
- Tracking various operational costs resulting from product imports.
- Preparing financial reports related to reconciled accounts, such as accounts receivable and payable reports, and bank summaries.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
You will be responsible for preparing financial statements and identifying and analyzing discrepancies in accounting records. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Control:
You will review and verify the accuracy of financial records and supporting documentation, performing internal audits as needed. Your expertise in accounting principles and tax regulations will be crucial in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaboration and Advisory:
You will work closely with our financial manager to implement improvements in financial processes and procedures. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Experience with accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $27,000.00 to $30,000.00 per month. The position is based in our office and requires a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
