Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Buying Services Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our procurement operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, conducting RFQs and reverse auctions, and serving as a point of contact for resolving complex issues related to PO changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure contract compliance during the PO processing process
  • Conduct RFQs and limited reverse auctions to verify supplier, pricing, and availability
  • Serve as a point of contact and mentor for resolving complicated issues related to PO changes
  • Ensure delivery within the given time frame and quality parameters
  • Track and maintain project metrics and employee performance records
  • Provide feedback and execute people management responsibilities for assigned reportees
  • Assist managers in departmental initiatives and process improvement discussions
