About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading P&L analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-making, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support P&L KPIs analysis, tracking topline, opex execution, productivity, and investments agendas.
  • Deep dive into financial data to deliver insightful analysis, identify required actions, and effectively frame decisions.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and develop tools and models to improve Planning Processes, such as Monthly Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Deep Dive (SDD).
  • Partner directly with finance teams and develop effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience in finance and planning, with strong understanding of P&L and business case development.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, with experience developing financial reports and metrics.
