About the Role

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in crafting innovative design concepts and solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts and solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Model product components and assemblies in CAD software, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Manage CAD file versions and collaborate with the lead Design Engineer to evaluate prototypes.
  • Document designs in drawings and bills of materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Process Development to ensure components and assemblies are manufacturable.
  • Initiate release of drawings and bills of materials into the MRP system.
Requirements
  • High school, technical career, or professional level studies in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in molding plastic design (1-2 years of experience).
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Proficient in CAD software, including CREO/SolidWorks and CATIA.
