We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at Gates Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process flow improvements, including layout design and process mapping
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on productivity and quality
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure process performance

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
