Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer, Global Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. As a key member of our Global Manufacturing Engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Work with suppliers to streamline supply chain operations, ensuring efficient delivery of raw materials and components.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and quality procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or Computer Science.
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
- 5 years of related position experience.
- Knowledge on TL 9000.
- Knowledge on CS-PL-2004 End-of-Life (EOL) Procedure.
- Proven product knowledge and technical/innovation skills.
- Effective problem solver which makes an impact to the bottom line.
- Proven leadership skills that can effectively communicate across organization.
