What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive demand generation and brand awareness in Mexico and the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Design and implement go-to-market campaigns across the buyer's journey, leveraging digital content and channels to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance, using data and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Paytech and Fintech industries, with experience in negotiating and executing 3rd party events to generate demand and brand positioning.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and develop marketing strategies that support their objectives.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to experiment and iterate on marketing strategies.
