Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to identify high-impact opportunities and propose strategies for portfolio growth and incremental revenues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new strategies within GCB, leveraging statistical techniques and models to drive business outcomes.
- Structure, analyze, and validate data from various sources to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools to enhance our understanding of customers and the market.
- Collaborate with D&A CoEs to develop high-impact use cases and projects, and present key findings to top management.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in data & analytics, risk, or related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
- Experience with programming and statistical analysis, including SAS, SQL, R, and/or Python.
- Self-organized, collaborative, proactive, and creative mindset.
- Negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and data visualization.
- Project management skills, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
