About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping and Laundry Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field; Marriott International, Inc. experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
